Yes, because Vapour is digitally native, we built our solution to solve common issues in the spirit production and maturation industry.  We use the latest in digital frameworks, and have pulled in the best features from across industry to offer out the box features such as barcode scanning.  Barcode scanning can be done directly using your mobile device, or using a bluetooth barcode scanner.

Yes, all instances of the platform offers branded customisation to include your company logo for both the on-screen experience as well as branding of all your printed barcodes.

All subscription tiers above Growth offers the option of a customer login.  This feature originated in our cask management module to allow our clients to provide their customers with a highly detailed customer portal to view their casks in a maturation dashboard.  This dashboard shows regauges, samples, racking data etc with features to make requests straight to the warehouse operatives.

In order to use functions such as task management for floor workers, you need to be able to use a standard mobile device (iOS or Android) and if preferred an optional barcode scanner.  No need for bespoke scanning devices.

ATEX compliant devices and intrinsically safes cases are available to allow you to safely use these devices in ATEX environments.  Contact us and we can provide you with some assistance with choosing your mobile hardware.

Vapour is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that runs in the cloud.  You don’t need any specific hardware to be installed within your premises.

For floor worker tasks, we recommend large screen mobile phones (iOS or Android) or tablets for use in maturation management.  For production, tablets or PC/Mac workstations are preferred for data entry.

We have developed our platform using the best security features available, both from a base code perspective as well as choosing the best hosting partners to protect against DDOS and other security risks.  We have a stringent testing process that aligns to the principles of OWASP to safeguard our platform and your data from any external risks.

If you have any concerns, we welcome any reasonable security audit and are more than willing to facilitate any activities you require to feel comfortable about your data and the inherent application security.

Subscription

Your subscription is based on the tier you subscribe to at the outset – Starter, Growth or Enterprise.  For more details on the differences in the differences in subscription tiers, please refer to the Pricing page.

You subscription is charged to your credit/debit card or bank account on a monthly basis.  Charges are made one month in advance from the initial date of your subscription.  Your card or bank statement charges will read as “SPEYSIDE LABS”.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all our clients, and understand that some months may be busier than others.  We try to be as flexible as possible on your subscription charges, so no need to worry about overage charges.  If you need to scale back your subscription tier, contact us to discuss changes to your package.
