We understand that training is key to a smooth transition onto a new digital platform. Our programs highlight the benefits for both individuals and your business, ensuring your workforce gains the skills and tools needed to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
Our training can either be delivered to a specific role (Finance, admin, production, warehouse operator) or broader covering all aspects of the platform. Our training sessions are tailored your needs. Training can be delivered online or in-person.
At the conclusion of training, we utilise group exercises to enhance the team working and problem solving thus making the transition to our platform as seamless as possible.
In addition to our formal training events we produce short “knowledge base” videos that users can access and remind themselves on how to effectively use the functionality of Vapour. We can even produce videos based on a client's specific set of circumstances.
Coming Soon will be a suite of online learning materials delivered in a self-service Virtual Learning Environment.
Online Training
Online Training - can be beneficial for companies where the management or administration services are located remotely to the Distillery or Maturation facility. This allows your Team to come together, limiting travel time and expenses. These sessions can be recorded and later used as reference material.
In-Person Training
“In-person” Training - has the obvious benefit of delivering hands-on experience in your natural work environment. We utilise a variety of learning methods, from visual to kinesthetic. One example is the use of our mini 3D-printed warehouse. This allows us to give operators the ability to carry out tasks in a safe training environment whilst still using Vapour as-live.
