About This Role
Change Manager
Contract: Full Time Location: Remote (UK/Ireland-based preferred)
As Change Manager, you will be the bridge between Vapour’s technical platform and the people who use it. You’ll work closely with distillery teams - from operators to leadership - to understand their workflows, communicate the value of digital transformation, and ensure they are fully supported throughout their adoption journey. You'll be central to shaping the experience of our clients as they move away from paper, spreadsheets, and siloed systems to a streamlined, scalable way of working.
This role includes planning and executing change management strategies, running training and workshops, and supporting post-go-live success and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate across Vapour’s product, implementation, and support teams to ensure every rollout drives meaningful value.
Key Responsibilities

Lead client-side change management efforts during Vapour implementations

Engage with stakeholders across all levels of a distillery business

Develop and deliver tailored communication and training strategies

Facilitate user workshops, onboarding sessions, and hands-on guidance

Identify resistance points and provide solutions to improve adoption

Act as a trusted advisor to clients during and after go-live

Collaborate internally to feed client insights back into product and support
Required Skills

Proven experience in change management or digital transformation projects

Strong facilitation and communication skills with a consultative approach

Comfortable working with diverse teams – from operators to C-suite

Empathy and adaptability to guide clients through operational change

Knowledge of SaaS platforms or experience in the spirits industry is a bonus

Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland, with some international trips
